What you'll do

• Complete prep tasks and lists accurately and on time
• follow recipes, batch guidelines, and production standards
• portion, label, store, and rotate products
• maintain a clean and organized prep area
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• use knives and equipment safely
• organize storage and inventory as needed
• communicate stock or quality concerns
• and support other kitchen areas when needed.
