What you'll do

• Review and verify income, credit, appraisal, title insurance, and other loan documents for completeness, accuracy, bank policy, SBA guidelines, and underwriting requirements
• coordinate loan package closing with internal and external partners
• enter information in the loan operating system and follow up on missing documents
• monitor loans in process and flag issues
• review closing documents against approved terms
• order and review lien searches, title commitments, flood searches, appraisals, and environmental reports
• review entity documents
• ensure timely guaranty fee payment
• reconcile equity injection
• review scanned closed-loan files and follow audit procedures
• coordinate transitions on construction and multi-disbursement projects.
