What you'll do

• Open and/or close the dispensary as key holder
• assist with training personal service providers on compliant and accurate dispensing and payment processing
• handle register drawers, cash and debit reconciliation, deposits, and tips
• participate in inventory and restocking
• help coordinate breaks
• resolve customer service issues
• ensure products are labeled and stored according to regulations
• recommend products and educate customers on strains and consumption methods
• process transactions.
