What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff
• coordinate daily assignments
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• assign tasks and monitor performance
• enforce OSHA, safety, and company policies
• track performance using technology
• assist with inventory and supply ordering
• and oversee housekeeping key security. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, support leadership and guest satisfaction initiatives, implement standard operating procedures, and generate performance reports.
