This attorney owns complex technology transactions from intake through execution, translating technical requirements into balanced contractual protections. The role also develops scalable contracting tools and partners with engineering, product, information security, spacecraft operations, and sourcing teams to support commercial objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead complex technology transactions from intake through execution, including cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, hardware, network infrastructure, satellite capacity, and ground station agreements
• structure bespoke agreements for novel technology arrangements
• build and maintain forms, fallback positions, and escalation criteria
• advise on software licensing, cloud commitments, satellite capacity, AI risk allocation, intellectual property, and data governance
• partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, and Sourcing
• use AI application tools to accelerate contract review, template creation, and risk analysis.
