Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets
• answer phones
• schedule appointments using Impromed veterinary software
• check clients in and out and process payments
• handle medication refill requests
• monitor and respond to email and text communications
• open and/or close the office
• provide occasional animal handling as required.
