HR Employee Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to routine employee and supervisor HR questions
• support FMLA and PFML leave administration, ADA accommodation coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR operations
• track leave and deadlines
• review records and documents for accuracy
• prepare reports
• maintain confidential records
• use HRIS and related systems
• escalate matters when appropriate.
