• support estimates, quantity takeoffs, bid solicitations, and comparisons
• maintain schedules in Microsoft Project
• assist with billings, cost projections, contracts, and purchase orders in Viewpoint
• support scope changes, bid forms, specifications, and subcontracts
• track submittals in Procore and generate RFIs
• maintain project files and documentation
• coordinate meetings and stakeholder communication
• support project execution, safety protocols, and project documentation.
