The work supports clients’ communication, coping skills, self-esteem, and behavior-change goals through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and therapy sessions fluently in English and Spanish
• counsel individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based techniques and individualized treatment plans
• complete diagnoses and required assessments
• develop psychotherapy plans with clients or guardians
• document progress and review plans on required schedules
• communicate pertinent treatment information with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and supervisors
• attend required meetings and training
• report abuse as needed.
