What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact
• answer questions and explain coverage, risks, and exposures
• coordinate applications, quotations, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, binders, invoicing, and follow-up
• identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• manage client and carrier inquiries with assistant account managers
• maintain client files and tasks in ImageRight
• use carrier rating sites
• assist with accounting discrepancies
• provide backup to other account managers.
