What you'll do

• Represent corporate leadership onsite
• manage timecards, leave, travel, and expense coordination
• support recruiting, onboarding, and personnel development
• maintain security, contractual, and policy compliance
• serve as the site subject matter expert
• guide software integration and development standards
• set site priorities and schedules
• sustain training readiness
• resolve operational escalations
• coordinate with other sites
• provide customer status reports and decision briefs
• lead, coach, and evaluate analysts and engineers
• support surge operations.
