What you'll do

• Present 12 or more tailored purchase offers each week across multiple markets
• understand landowners’ goals and motivations
• structure solutions for issues such as title, probate, back taxes, and access
• negotiate while protecting profitability and investment criteria
• apply underwriting standards and the company buy-box
• follow up on qualified opportunities through a clear outcome.
