Caregiver II is an onsite role in San Jose, CA, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; stated pay is $21–$25 per hour. The role provides home-care and/or center-based support to patients. The caregiver delivers personal care according to individualized care plans while supporting patient dignity, safety, and independence. The position also supports onboarding and ongoing training for other caregivers and communicates changes in patient condition to the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, and escort assistance according to care plans
• observe and report changes in patient condition
• follow safe care practices and universal precautions
• interact with patients and families
• support onboarding and training of caregiver staff
• participate in departmental and family meetings
• model safe lifting and equipment use.
