What you'll do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to inpatients and outpatients, including assessments, nutrition care plans, counseling, education, and special therapies
• oversee nutrition therapy for complex and high-risk patients
• deliver education and training for staff, students, healthcare personnel, and the public
• modify patient profiles for nutritional needs, intolerances, and preferences
• participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
• conduct food-service quality assurance checks
• present nutrition information to the community
• prepare accreditation-related reports and documents.
