Systems Engineer, Desktop Support

What you'll do

• Provide desktop and application support
• troubleshoot computer hardware and operating systems, including component-level issues and system imaging
• support Microsoft 365, firewalls, remote access, two-factor authentication, and networking
• administer and maintain the remote monitoring and management system
• document maintenance routines, work, and time entries
• support WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• provide field service and participate in hardware refresh projects
• accept helpdesk escalations and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within service levels.
