What you'll do

• Supervise security officers and assigned personnel
• assign duties and maintain staffing levels
• train employees and document performance
• apply policies and review reports
• assist with administrative tasks and assume the facility supervisor or program manager’s responsibilities when directed
• perform security officer duties as needed, including responding to emergencies and intervening in crises
• conduct site visits to multiple healthcare facilities
• safely handle and maintain a firearm under Tarian guidelines.
