The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with compensation of $21–$28 per hour depending on shift. Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center provides rehabilitation and health care services to residents. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with established procedures and direction from licensed nursing staff, supporting residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs.

• Provide routine daily nursing care

• observe and report changes in resident condition
• document care accurately
• assist with grooming
• respond to call lights
• keep care areas clean and orderly
• maintain resident identification.
