Core Crew members help deliver a welcoming studio experience, respond to client needs, support daily operations, and contribute to sales and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the CORE client experience
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products and promotions
• set up accounts and manage class scheduling and purchases
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
