What you'll do

• Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware
• reset tables with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments
• transport dishes to the dishwashing area
• assist servers with water and guest requests
• maintain dining areas and bussing stations
• support closing duties
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• and report accidents and breakages. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
