Customer Service Representative / Work Order Coordinator

What you'll do

• Monitor work orders received by phone, email, and customer portals
• schedule field technicians according to urgency, scope, and customer priority
• provide customers with service-status updates, arrival windows, delay notices, and resolution information
• track technician completion, notes, and required documentation or photos
• update work orders with completion details for invoicing and reporting
• identify blockers or complaints and work with National Account Managers to resolve them.
