The role supports client transactions through drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and collaboration with colleagues while independently managing substantial matter components.

What you'll do

• Advise life sciences clients on IP licensing and technology transactions
• handle technology transfer matters and agreements
• draft and negotiate IP, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology, services, and distribution agreements
• conduct IP and technology transaction due diligence
• provide IP support for life sciences corporate transactions.
