The Team Captain On Field Operations is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA. What you'll do
- Deliver outstanding athlete experiences, anticipate athlete needs, provide product information, uphold merchandising standards, promote company programs, contribute to 30-60-90 day plans, manage staffing and hiring, train and coach teammates, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
