The caregiver supports residents’ daily care and well-being by following service plans, assisting with activities of daily living, responding to requests, documenting care, and reporting significant changes to the appropriate clinical or care coordinator. What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living according to resident service plans
• preserve residents’ dignity and privacy
• answer call lights and assist residents
• chart and document daily tasks
• monitor and report significant changes to the RN and Assisted Living or Memory Care Coordinator
• assist with transfers and lifting as needed.
