What you'll do

• Respond to production equipment issues
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• repair and maintain machinery and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• read schematics
• troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including I/O diagnostics and ladder logic
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain records
• identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes
• request parts and supplies
• follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices. Requires three or more years of industrial maintenance experience and PLC troubleshooting experience
• PLC programming and welding are pluses.
