What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics
• lead and coach clinic managers and staff
• partner with medical directors on care quality and compliance
• monitor staffing, productivity, patient volume, budgets, and performance
• oversee inventory
• standardize workflows and policies
• resolve escalated issues
• support recruiting and onboarding
• collaborate on growth and referral relationships
• track metrics and report to leadership
• ensure regulatory and payer compliance
• travel regularly between clinics.
