What you'll do

• Order and sell wine
• develop the restaurant’s wine menu
• coordinate wine ordering
• maintain wine inventory and storage
• provide wine education and training
• conduct tastings
• assist with guest greeting and seating when needed
• lead the Wine Runner position
• assist serving staff with wine sales and service
• process payments and balance receipts
• answer questions about the restaurant and menu
• follow food-allergy, safety, and sanitation procedures
• complete alcohol-awareness training.
