What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• verify credentials and document visitor and vehicle activity
• direct authorized personnel and drivers
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• escalate concerns as needed
• and complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
