The Program Lead (AMT) role is onsite and may be based in Chandler, AZ, Hollister, CA, or Solon, OH. The salary range is $125,160–$232,440 per year. The role leads the Solon program’s automation strategy and represents the site’s interests across the broader organization. The lead directs automation system design and development, manages program delivery, and aligns controls, process, and automation engineering with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain. The role provides technical direction and disciplined execution from program launch through full-scale production.

What you'll do

• Set technical strategy for site automation initiatives
• lead and develop the automation system design and development team
• manage project scope, resources, timelines, and risks
• provide technical leadership across controls, manufacturing process, and automation engineering
• collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
• guide design decisions involving controls, robotics, machine vision, PLCs, HMIs, and integrated manufacturing systems
• represent the program in roadmap discussions
• identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Why this role
