This role is responsible for fulfilling the educational needs of customers regarding the Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) and Intra-Aortic Balloon Catheter (IABC) product portfolio. The specialist collaborates with the commercial team to support product adoption, utilization, and safe clinical application.

What you'll do

• Identify and expand the customer base through professional networking and consultation.
• Maintain expertise in the MCS product portfolio.
• Work with sales representatives to achieve territory goals.
• Manage administrative tasks and travel expenses.
• Keep current with medical literature and industry trends.
• Lead educational and promotional activities at tradeshows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering on key projects.
• Maintain professional licensure and credentials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
