IT Systems Intern

The IT Systems Intern role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. The intern works with Current’s Corporate IT team, supporting technology operations for a company that partners with accounting firms across the United States. The role provides hands-on support for end-user technology, systems administration, device and access management, documentation, and operational improvement. An assigned project gives the intern experience addressing a technology or operational challenge and presenting outcomes to the IT team.

What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management
• troubleshoot common hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and collaboration-tool issues
• prepare, configure, test, deploy, and track employee devices
• assist with Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration under supervision
• maintain inventories, asset records, documentation, and knowledge-base articles
• support data collection, analysis, and reporting
• follow security, privacy, access-control, acceptable-use, and change-management procedures
• complete and present an assigned internship project.
