Kitchen Attendant

Job overview

What you'll do

• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize preparation and serving areas
• sweep and mop floors
• assist with washing, peeling, and portioning ingredients
• receive and store deliveries
• dispose of waste and recyclables according to procedures
• follow infection-control, food-safety, and workplace-safety policies
• support dietary staff during meal preparation, service, and cleanup
• report hazards and equipment issues.
