What you'll do

• Oversee daily salon operations
• provide shampoos, sets, perms, color treatments, haircuts, styling, and other listed salon services
• schedule appointments for residents and apartment tenants
• maintain service and charge records
• review charges and revenue for salon operating needs
• hire, schedule, guide, and support salon staff
• complete performance evaluations
• sanitize and maintain equipment and work areas
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• coordinate with nursing and apartment staff
• follow facility policies, infection-prevention practices, and safety requirements.
