Oven Operator

Job overview

The Oven Operator role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $16.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and occasional weekends. The role supports Julio’s corn chip production at its Benbrook facility. The operator monitors and adjusts baking ovens so corn chips meet specifications. Accurate checklist records, food-safety practices, and coordination with other production positions support consistent product quality and safe manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Follow food safety policies, SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitation procedures, and HACCP plan
• record oven procedures on daily checklists
• operate the oven and adjust temperatures
• monitor chain oil amounts
• assist in other positions as required.
