Residential HVAC Technician

The Residential HVAC Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with dispatch from home to the first service call. The technician diagnoses, maintains, repairs, and occasionally installs residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The work restores comfort and supports safe, efficient equipment operation through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, customer communication, and service documentation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, maintain, repair, and occasionally install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
• inspect equipment and identify mechanical and electrical issues
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• service split systems, heat pumps, package units, air conditioners, furnaces, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment
• explain findings and recommendations to customers
• complete service documentation
• maintain a clean, organized company vehicle. Residential HVAC service experience and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record are required
• EPA certification is preferred.
