What you'll do

• Monitor receipt, recording, and release of vehicle titles and lien filings
• respond to title inquiries and help resolve uncollected-title processing errors
• process total-loss claims and coordinate GAP claims and refunds
• maintain title and insurance records
• support loan onboarding, payoffs, disbursements, payment corrections, escrow administration, audits, investor reporting, member inquiries, and periodic reports as needed
• contribute to procedure improvements and cross-training.
