What you'll do

• Load masa flour into the mixer
• inspect and load grinding stones
• load buckets with masa
• follow formulas for water and other ingredients
• alternate with the oven operator when needed
• retrieve materials from the warehouse
• assist packing room operations as directed
• maintain a clean work area
• assist with corn waste buckets
• record lot numbers, quantities, and production times
• perform scheduled sanitation
• minimize production waste.
