Workforce Management Report Developer — Oracle Fusion HCM

What you'll do

• Develop OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion HCM
• build reporting for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence Management
• partner with HR teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions
• support testing, validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
