Validation Associate

The Validation Associate role is onsite in Aguadilla, PR. Compensation is not specified. Working under close guidance, the associate helps plan, document, execute, and close qualification and validation activities for regulated systems. Accurate, traceable records and supervised test support help the team maintain compliance and provide documentation for development and manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Draft, revise, route, and organize validation documents
• compile source information and test evidence
• maintain version control and document status
• support approved IQ, OQ, and PQ testing under supervision
• record observations and results
• escalate discrepancies and unexpected results
• assist with reports, assessments, action tracking, and requalification documentation
• maintain organized validation records
• collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, Automation, Manufacturing, and other teams.

Why this role

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 0–2 years of relevant experience, with internships or cooperative education considered. Occasional support outside standard working hours may be required.
