Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, onboard new hires, conduct orientation, and maintain recruitment records
• respond to employee questions
• assist with employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action documentation
• administer benefits and coordinate leave
• maintain personnel and HR records
• support employment-law compliance, audits, licensing reviews, accreditation, and credential tracking
• coordinate training and track completion
• assist with engagement and retention initiatives.
