What you'll do

• Manage and develop field teams
• serve as the primary contact for company field operations
• coordinate project activities with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and trade partners
• review schedules and manage milestones
• monitor progress and staffing
• conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections
• ensure safety and project-specification compliance
• maintain reports and communicate delays, risks, and change-order opportunities
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Why this role
