What you'll do

• Prepare design drawings and construction documents for natural gas distribution projects
• interpret sketches, redlines, specifications, utility records, and field notes
• use CAD and client-specific design platforms including DDS
• support gas main replacements, new services, relocations, and upgrades
• conduct pre-design and pre-construction site visits
• review surveys, base maps, and project data
• ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, client requirements, and safety expectations
• coordinate with project and construction stakeholders
• assist with material takeoffs, permitting, estimates, and project documentation
• maintain CAD files and project records.
