Residential Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Residential Construction Project Manager role is onsite at the S+H Construction office and various jobsite locations in Belmont, MA; compensation is $80,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. What you'll do

• Develop and manage project budgets and change orders
• review and approve labor and subcontractor estimates, contracts, change orders, and invoices
• develop and track schedules
• support quality control and compliance with codes and safety regulations
• manage permitting and approvals
• mentor assistant project managers and team members
• coordinate resources with the construction manager
• identify and mitigate risks
• address claims, disputes, and delays with management approval
• communicate project updates to clients and teams
• assist with proposals and bids
• prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
