What you'll do

• Model care expectations and mentor Resident Assistants
• supervise staff, including staff administering medications
• participate in onboarding
• provide personal care according to Individual Service Plans, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and medication reminders
• record vital signs and resident progress notes
• communicate status changes to supervisors
• promote resident engagement, independence, and a safe, clean environment
• follow infection control, standard precautions, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies
• attend required in-services and trainings and participate in safety initiatives.
