The Participant Driver role is onsite in East Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $19–$22 per hour, with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule. Joyous Ventures’ Social Services Team supports people and families experiencing homelessness or crisis through resource access, care, and transportation. The driver transports program participants and staff, completes scheduled routes and deliveries, and maintains vehicle and trip records. This work helps participants reach human service locations, workplaces, and medical facilities as part of broader support for well-being and housing stability.

What you'll do

• Transport participants to and from human service locations, work sites, and medical facilities
• assist passengers with wheelchairs, car seats, and mobility devices
• operate the vehicle safely
• complete scheduled pickup and drop-off routes
• collect donations
• maintain trip, mileage, and fuel records
• clean and maintain the program vehicle and arrange routine maintenance and repairs
• provide site support as assigned.
