What you'll do

• Handle member transactions in person, by mail, or by phone, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, and currency exchanges
• issue credit union and cashier checks, gift checks and cards, and reloadable cards
• balance daily work, cash drawer, and negotiables
• perform account maintenance and open accounts
• answer and route telephone inquiries and follow up on messages
• explain credit union products and services and recommend options based on member needs
• assist coworkers
• travel to other branches for backup as requested and work Saturdays when needed.
