What you'll do

• Establish rapport with patients and document complaints, histories, and ocular findings
• perform pre-exam and specialized testing
• perform refractometry and assist with minor procedures or laser treatments
• support contact lens insertion and removal when needed
• process authorized prescription refill requests
• educate patients as directed
• maintain supplies, equipment, instruments, and exam lanes
• follow safety and confidentiality procedures.
