What you'll do

• Support participants in achieving individualized support plan goals
• lead recreational and life-enrichment activities
• assist with personal care
• prepare and serve meals or snacks
• communicate respectfully with participants, families, and colleagues
• maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe environment
• facilitate community outings
• document activities and observations
• report changes in health or behavior
• attend meetings and training.
