What you'll do

• Assist clients with eating, bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, dressing, and mobility
• prepare and serve meals
• assist with household chores, laundry, and shopping for client needs
• provide companionship
• assist with self-administered medications in accordance with state guidelines
• document services
• observe and report physical or behavioral changes and unsafe situations
• transport clients in accordance with company policies
• take vital signs as directed by a nurse.
