What you'll do
- Provide medication reminders
- assist with mobility, personal care, hygiene, and recommended exercises
- shop with or for clients
- prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator
- respond responsibly to emergencies
- and follow each care plan.
