What you'll do

• Compute cost factors and prepare construction estimates for planning, scheduling, bids, vendor and subcontractor selection, and cost-effectiveness decisions
• lead estimating staff and coordinate assignments, performance, resources, and training
• work with Marketing to review bid opportunities
• promote company capabilities to decision-makers
• consult with clients and vendors to formulate estimates and resolve issues
• identify cost trends for cost reduction and process improvement.
